Mini Pumpkin Cakes

A fun Halloween treat that my mom and I made is mini pumpkin cakes.  

The supplies you need are: 
cake (we use a cake pan to make them get to this shape)
light and dark orange frosting
Green frosting
tootsie rolls
 star, leaf, and straight line cake decorating tips
And last but most important creativity!

Step 1: once you have your cake made make sure that it is level and as smooth as possible.
Step 2: get your star cake decorating tip and cover the cake with stars using light orange frosting.
Step 3: once your cake is covered with light orange stars than you get a straight tip and do lines a crossed the cake.
Step 4: using a rolling pin or just your hands roll out tootsie rolls and shape eyes, nose, and a mouth. Cut another tootsie roll in half and use that for the stem.  
Step 5: now get your green frosting and use your leaf tip simply put a leaf right next to the stem.
Step 6: Enjoy!
