Breakfast...

Breakfast... Most important meal of the day for the body, than why is it always rushed?  Most breakfasts include stuff that is unhealthy or there is no breakfast at all.  Yes, sadly that is the is the case.  Here are four easy things you can whip up for a good heathy breakfast.

1. Yogurt and fruit, to add extra protein you can add  Flaxseed a really heathy
Food and if you really want to be very heathy you can have Greek yogurt if you get the plain kind you can add honey, jam, or another sweetener.              
2. Smoothie, in a blender you can mix all sorts of things and you come out with all your veggies and fruit in a cup.    
3. Bread, you can always have bread with butter and jam.
4. Peanut butter Balls, to make this you just need three ingredients: Peanut butter, dried milk and honey. 


1/2 cup honey
1/2 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
choice of topping: shredded coconut, shelled sunflower seeds, orchopped nuts
  1. 1. 
    Combine the first three ingredients and form into small balls.
  2. 2. 
    Roll the balls in your choice of topping.
